Fullstack Tech lead (.Net+AWS) Offline

You will play a key role in our engineering team by leading the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality enterprise platform. Your expertise in Backend (with focus on Cloud Native) and Frontend development, coupled with a solid understanding of enterprise-level architectures, will drive the creation of scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions. You will mentor other developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure the delivery of robust applications that meet company business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead two development full stack streams (.Net + ReactJS and NodeJS + ReactJS) within multi-stack platform development team
• Collaborate within cross-functional engineering teams and with other teams to design and develop high-quality web applications
• Drive engineering excellence by adopting and following engineering best practices in your team ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment
• Contribute to the architecture and implementation of scalable and efficient solutions
• Mentor developers, guiding them through code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Requirements:

• 7+ years of .Net, proficiency in .NET 6+
• 2+ years of Frontend development experience (preferable ReactJS)
• NodeJS development experience will be a huge advantage
• 3+ years of AWS Cloud Native development with focus on Serverless, familiarity with Lambda, Fargate, API Gateway, CDK, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.
• Track record of implementing microservices and enterprise-level solutions
• Deep understanding of DDD, Event Sourcing, CQRS, Async communication
• Understanding of relational and non-relational databases, strong knowledge of EF Core
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automated testing
• Familiarity with security best practices in DevOps
• Strategic mindset, excellent communication & collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Successful mentoring experience
