Sales Manager for DE or US markets Offline

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a Sales Manager/Business Development Manager
  • 2+ years experience in Outsourcing/Outstaffing company
  • Experience in outbound leadgen, outreach methodologies and experience in launching omnichannel outreach
  • Experience in closing deals
  • Demonstrate a result-oriented approach, with a proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets
  • Fact-checking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication, presentation skills
  • Fluent English

     

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of German
  • People management skills - empowerment, coaching, mentoring, etc.
  • Location in Germany or in the USA

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that ensures the achievement of our business goals
  • Launch cold outreach to bring new clients 
  • Close deals
  • Monitor and evaluate sales metrics and KPIs to assess the success of sales strategies
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM
  • Work collaboratively with the team
