Sales Manager for DE or US markets Offline
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a Sales Manager/Business Development Manager
- 2+ years experience in Outsourcing/Outstaffing company
- Experience in outbound leadgen, outreach methodologies and experience in launching omnichannel outreach
- Experience in closing deals
- Demonstrate a result-oriented approach, with a proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets
- Fact-checking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication, presentation skills
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of German
- People management skills - empowerment, coaching, mentoring, etc.
- Location in Germany or in the USA
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that ensures the achievement of our business goals
- Launch cold outreach to bring new clients
- Close deals
- Monitor and evaluate sales metrics and KPIs to assess the success of sales strategies
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM
- Work collaboratively with the team
