🟢Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting from 3 years;
• General understanding of technologies in the IT industry;
• Knowledge of X-ray, Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn search, GitHub, Stack Overflow;
• Intermediate level of English and above;
• Experience in searching for candidates in the CIS market is desirable.

🟢Responsibilities:

• Search for contacts of candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Telegram chats, etc.;
• Search for candidates for non-IT vacancies (designers, writers, SMM, affiliates, buyers, targets, etc.);
• Working with various recruitment tools;
• Conducting preliminary interviews

• Communicating with hiring managers
