Sales Manager to $3000

Our remote team of experts is here to develop, launch, and scale startups with tailored solutions across backend, frontend, and DevOps.

In addition to the base salary, there is a 10% commission per deal.

Required skills:

• Experience with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and Twitter
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the IT market, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
•  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to present and pitch IT products effectively.
• Experience in IT and digital advertising
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Proven management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn the basics of management
• Understanding software development lifecycle

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell IT products and services.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of IT solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiations and deal closure.
• Stay updated with the latest IT industry trends, advancements, and product offerings to position the company as an industry leader.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance, implementing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
