VoiceSpin serves over 500 international large enterprises, high-tech corporations, private companies, communication brands in the spheres of e-commerce, trading, finances, government, law and more.

 

Among the company’s clients, there are such well-known brands as Toyota, Fedex, AT&T, Etoro, Burger ranch, Hebrew university, Pizza Hut and others.

 

The company develops solutions for B2B Sales and Support Contact Centers. Voice and chat communications are a priority.

 

Core responsibilities:

General QA (Manual + Automation)

  • Develop, design, and execute both manual and automated test cases, with a primary focus on manual testing.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage by creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using a bug tracking system.
  • Collaborate closely with Development and QA teams to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze test execution results, manually verifying key functionalities.
  • Maintain and enhance Test Automation Frameworks using Playwright as needed, though manual testing will be the core responsibility.

 

Requirements:

  • 1.5 years of experience overall
  • Strong understanding of manual testing processes, test design techniques, and methodologies (including Agile).
  • Experience creating detailed test cases, executing manual tests, and documenting results.
  • Ability to identify, log, and track defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS to analyze and debug frontend issues during testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar tools for browser automation.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript for writing basic automation scripts.

-OOP knowledge.

  • Basic understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD processes.
  • Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman.

 

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with development and product teams.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes.



Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to optimize and improve testing processes.
  • Upper-intermediate English level.
