Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with The Ash Design's growth strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients on platforms like Clutch, LinkedIn, Upwork, Dribbble, and beyond.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and client acquisition goals.
- Lead business negotiations and manage the sales process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with design, management and marketing teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to stay ahead.
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English (advanced level).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Familiarity with platforms like Clutch, LinkedIn, Upwork, and Dribbble is a strong advantage.
- Soft skills: excellent communication, flexibility, and client-focused dialogue.
- Ability to understand client needs and articulate solutions effectively.
- Self-motivated and adaptable with a passion for design and digital services.
