The Ash Design is seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager to help grow our design studio across platforms like Clutch, LinkedIn, Upwork, Dribbble, and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with The Ash Design's growth strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients on platforms like Clutch, LinkedIn, Upwork, Dribbble, and beyond.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and client acquisition goals.
• Lead business negotiations and manage the sales process from start to finish.
• Collaborate with design, management and marketing teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to stay ahead.
   

Requirements:

• Fluent spoken and written English (advanced level).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Familiarity with platforms like Clutch, LinkedIn, Upwork, and Dribbble is a strong advantage.
• Soft skills: excellent communication, flexibility, and client-focused dialogue.
• Ability to understand client needs and articulate solutions effectively.
• Self-motivated and adaptable with a passion for design and digital services.
