Software tester (Junior Strong+) (offline)

Required:
Higher Technical Education: Bachelor Degree or higher;
Experience of work as a Software tester is obligatory (no less than 0.5 year);
Knowledge of methodology and testing principles;
Knowledge of Windows, MS Office;
Understanding of Client-Server architecture;
Basic Knowledge of Data Base Management Systems is a plus;
Experience of work with Software Requirements much appreciated;
Knowledge of basic organizational principles of software development is a plus;
Responsibility, result orientation, teamwork, attentiveness, ability to learn quickly;
Good command of the English Language (Oral, Written).

We are working on iterative model which are short (~1 month) sprints.
Each sprint starts with scope evaluation, tasks assigned between developers and testers.
The standard process for tester: evaluate a task, prepare test plan (or checklist), design test cases, perform manual testing, register and evaluate defects.
Please note, that currently we are looking for a professional in manual testing sphere, but with ability potentially work with web automation in future.
