Human Intelligence/ HUMINT Specialist

THE ROLE

• Compilation of an average profile of our target audience (subjects of our operations) across different platforms
• Building and continuous reassessment of the framework for communications with our target audience
• Derivation of tractable quantitative and qualitative criteria of identifying our target audience for specific cases, including, but not limited to, concrete platforms, social and geographical factors
• Derivation of tractable quantitative and qualitative criteria of feasibility and expediency of operating within specific platforms
• Mentorship of the operator staff on how to perform efficient subject identification and how to conduct communication as per the established framework
• Performing organization-wide case studies of previous and ongoing operations
• Taking part in the process of deriving the Key Performance Indicators aimed at measuring efficient communication of the operator staff
• Provision of guidance in choosing and embracing existing OSINT/HUMINT tools and technologies
• Establishing the foundation for the future OSINT/HUMINT teams within the organization

YOUR PROFILE

Mandatory skills:

• At least 3+ years’ experience in a related position
• Spoken and written English of at least Intermediate level (B1)
• Spoken and written russian at the NATIVE level
• Proper communication and presentation skills with the ability to share knowledge and explain ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong understanding of social and cultural peculiarities of the Ukrainian and russian populace
• Solid understanding of OPSEC guidelines/measures/methods
• Several years of hands-on experience in at least one of the following (or related) fields: Social Engineering, Competitor Intelligence

Nice to have:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Psychology or analogous major/minor
• Spoken and written Ukrainian of at least Intermediate level
• Military experience as a HUMINT collector/operator
• Basic understanding of PERSEC guidelines/measures/methods
• Practical experience in OSINT, SOCMINT, GEOINT

It’s a remote and project-based position for around 2-3 months with potential prolongation.
