Project Manager for Italian project (offline)

Requirements:

-2+ years of experience in Project Management in an agile delivery methodology;
-Experience in different outsourcing business models: Fix price, T&M;
-Experience in setting up Software Development and QA processes;
-Strong communication skills;
-Experience in people management;
-Upper-Intermediate level of English;
-Willingness of often business trips to Italy.

Desired:

Experience with healthcare projects – is a plus.

Responsibilities:

-Leading the project team into delivery in an agile environment to manage -and deliver project scope within budget;
-Ensure overall project status is on track;
-Ensure quality of delivery is on an expected level;
-Keep teams’ performance on an expected level;
-Ensure communication with the customer is effective and transparent;
-Make sure all reports are regular/timely and compliant;
-Coordinating releases.
