Account Manager for a technical recruiting agency/ outstaffing Offline

MoveUp is a technical recruitment boutique agency  ( part of outstaffing company) that provides recruitment services to organizations from early-stage start-ups to multinational companies. We are headquartered in Tel Aviv & Budapest and growing our remote recruitment team. At the moment we cover recruitment in 15 countries.

We are looking for an initiative and dedicated person, who can promptly answer clients, find solutions and provide the best possible service :)

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Act as the primary point of the contact and manage the relationship with existing and new clients from Israel and Europe.
  • Support clients on every step of the recruitment process from job description discussion to closing the roles, solve any related issue.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on recruitment best practices. Facilitate successful agreements between clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver high-quality candidates that match client requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment team performance on daily basis performance, work closely with recruitment team to ensure the best results. 
  • Monitor account management performance and implement strategies for account growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide a monthly report including implemented improvements.
  • Being a part of lead generation process via looking and outreaching potential clients ( 30% of time)



Requirements: 

 

 

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in account management in recruiting / outstaffing company.
  • Experience in recruitment or understanding of the industry. 
  • Demonstrated strong negotiation skills. 
  • Experience working with Israeli and European clients, understanding their cultural nuances and business practices.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, initiative 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills
  • Advances in English (written and spoken).
  • Additional proficiency in Hebrew or Russian is a plus.




    Hiring process:

     

  • 1h interview with Head of Delivery and Recruitment Manager
  •  Test task on negotiation and soft skills, 30 minutes discussion after that
  • 1h conversation with the owner
