What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Payment Manager;
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail;
• Intermediate+ level of English proficiency;
• Experience with Grafana is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Monitoring traffic for functionality and turning it on/off as needed;
• Handling operational payments for all clients;
• Assisting the anti-fraud team with verification processes;
• Providing L1 support for payment-related inquiries through chats, ticket systems, etc.;
• Collaborating with different teams to resolve work tasks;
• Communicating with payment platforms to address various deposit issues;
• Reporting current issues to management.
