Marketing specialist

Hello! We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist with strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for achieving results. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives.

 

REQUIREMENTS

— Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, B2B;

— Develop and optimize funnels to attract high-quality leads;

— Plan, launch, and manage targeted campaigns on Google and LinkedIn;

— Strategically place paid articles on relevant platforms to boost visibility;

— Assist in organizing and promoting events and conferences;

— Craft and execute email campaigns to nurture and convert leads;

— Create and manage content for social media channels to engage and grow our audience;

— Proven experience working in Tier 1 markets is essential;

— English Proficiency: B2 level or higher.

 

WILL BE A PLUS:

— Experience in the Ed-Tech or HR-Tech sectors, particularly in B2B start up.

RESPONSIBILITIES

— As there is no dedicated marketing team, you will need to take full ownership of the marketing process, from strategy to implementation;

— Lead the marketing efforts for launching a new B2B product from scratch, ensuring all aspects of the launch are executed flawlessly;

— Focus on generating high-quality leads to support the sales team, utilizing various marketing channels and strategies;

— Independently manage advertising campaigns on Google and LinkedIn, ensuring they are optimized for maximum ROI;

— Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that includes placing paid articles on relevant platforms to increase product visibility;

— Handle the marketing and promotion of conferences and other key events, ensuring strong attendance and engagement;

— Execute email marketing campaigns and manage social media channels to maintain brand presence and engagement.
