The Role:

We are looking for a project manager with at least 2-3 years of experience (necessarily in the IT field) to join our fun team of tech wizards. If you’re someone who’s not just about ticking off tasks but about leading the charge, solving problems before they even appear, and making sure the team has a good time doing it, you’ll fit right in.

Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):

• Plan Like a Pro: Create and execute project plans that not only achieve the client’s business goals but also leave them thinking, “Wow, they really know their stuff.”
• Pre-Estimate with Precision: Accurately estimate project timelines, resources, and costs to ensure everything stays on track and within scope.
• Budget Mastery: Develop and manage project budgets, making sure every penny is well-spent and accounted for.
• Document, Document, Document: Keep all project documentation in shipshape. If it’s written down, it’s less likely to blow up later.
• Adapt and Conquer: Stay flexible and ready to adjust plans as client needs or the world at large inevitably changes.
• Keep the Ship on Course: Track project progress, ensure we’re on time and within budget, and steer the team towards success.
• Lead the Troops: Manage, motivate, and mentor your team, making sure everyone’s workload is balanced and they’re ready to tackle challenges.
• Risk Whisperer: Identify potential risks and come up with plans that minimize any bumps in the road.

• Tech-Savvy Support: Work with Jira, GIT, and have a basic understanding of testing, design processes, and CI/CD.

   

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:  At least 2-3 years as a Project Manager  role in the IT world.
• Detail-Oriented: You catch the small things before they snowball into big things.
• Organized: You can manage a project like a well-orchestrated symphony.
• Scrum & Kanban Enthusiast: You’re fluent in Agile methodologies and know how to make them work in the real world.
• People Person: You can build and lead effective teams with ease.

• English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or above (because we like to keep things international).

   

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. If you can do that while sipping coffee, even better!
