HR Manager

Scale Final is looking for an HR Manager to join one of our projects.

Must-have:

At least 6 months of experience in a similar role in iGaming Affiliate network;
Pro-activeness;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to use unconventional search methods;
English level B2+.
 

Responsibilities:

Actively participate in filling vacancies in the affiliate marketing field;
Maintain the candidate database;
Generate recruitment reports;
Work with job sites, social networks, and other sources;
Perform 1-1s and performance reviews;
Assist in organizing of corporate events and business trips;
Be in charge of employees' engagement.
