Right now, we are searching for a strong professional Senior Legal Advisor who is ready to dive into complex legal challenges, navigate international regulations, and contribute to the strategic growth of our global operations.
 

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role in an International company;
• Excellent knowledge of contract, tax, corporate law, and regulations governing international business activities;
• Experience working with English legal documents, including drafting and analyzing corporate documents;
• Excellent contract drafting skills;
• Experience in supporting the operations of a medical facility (preferred);
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
   

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Drafting, amending, and negotiating contracts (service agreements, employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements);
• Legal review and development of legal documents in the field of corporate law (consents, acts, regulations, responses to inquiries);
• Coordinating the work of external lawyers from other jurisdictions (Cyprus, Slovakia, Georgia, USA);
• Providing day-to-day support for all legal activities of the company;
• Analyzing and systematizing legislation in other jurisdictions relevant to the company’s interests;
• Providing legal support tailored to the specific business needs of departments or units in other countries, including support for medical facilities.
   

Work Schedule:

• Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00
