B2B Appointment Setting/Sales - US Based Company to $3500 Offline

We are looking for an energetic individual to help super charge our sales efforts.  We are a small but growing company (80 employees) and have been in business over 20 years.  We have employees working remotely around the world, but all our business is based in the United States.  Look forward to your applications :).  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Set appointments with potential clients, specifically executives in the US (CEO's, presidents, owners, COO, Chief Financial Officer etc.), for a small but growing American B2B cost reduction company
  • Reach out to prospects via phone and/or email to schedule meetings
  • Achieve a minimum of 3 appointments per week
  • Utilize excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and a positive personality to build rapport and secure meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made and appointments set

Requirements:

  • Eastern European nationality or fluent in the native languages of Eastern Europe
  • Fully remote work experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and rejection
  • Familiarity with B2B sales a plus
  • Great English language proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Desire to work for a small but growing company with opportunities for career growth

Compensation:

  • Monthly salary ranging from €1,500 to €3,500+ depending on appointment setting success.  (if the target of 3 appointments per week is met the compensation will be around $3,500 euro/month).
