Strategic Partnerships Manager
Arounda is a full-cycle Digital Product Design and Development agency, operating on the market since 2016. Our main clients are American and European technological companies.
We are looking for a driven and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will lead the entire sales process, from identifying and pursuing potential clients to closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing effective client acquisition strategies, exploring new market opportunities, and driving the expansion of our customer base. Your goal will be to ensure sustainable business growth by understanding market trends, identifying new opportunities, and developing solutions that align with our business objectives
You are the perfect fit if you have:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager in IT;
- Extensive experience with the design agency or software development company;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Understanding of best practices for attracting potential customers;
- High level of self-organization, discipline, strategic direction and results-based;
- You are motivated to join a company at a growing stage and play a critical role in success, process creation and account management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, analyze and implement corporate growth strategy and establish new channels;
- Growing our network, identifying business opportunities, and selling our services to new customers;
- Be part of the Arounda management team and provide strategic direction to the enterprise;
- Attending conferences in Europe;
- Complete support of all phases of the sales process – from attracting a potential partner and negotiating to signing an agreement and launching;
- Establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners;
- Propose ideas to improve existing products and processes;
- Use a set of tools and frameworks to ensure optimal outcomes;
