Project Manager

We are looking for a person who will drive management processes and from whom we can learn the art of management.

Responsibilities:
- Full project management cycle: from project initiation to successful release/support;
- Project planning: Defining tasks with the team, prioritizing task decomposition, time management, and payment control;
- Documentation management: Creating and managing MSA, SOW contracts, technical specifications, and invoicing processes;
- Project scope management: Definition and agreement on content and functionality scope, project scalability control for each work stage;
- Task management across the team: Coordinating and distributing tasks among team members for effective execution;
- Presentation of completed work and feedback capture: Demonstrating work results and making changes with client approval;
- Testing organization, quality control, granting access to the site with an administrative panel, creating usage instructions with the team;
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Working with office tools (G Suite, ClickUp, etc.);
- Analysis and suggestions for possible process optimization methods.
 

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience on PM role in outsourcing company (Experience of management team of designers will be a plus);
- Management process using clickUp (experience with Jira will be a plus);
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (especially Agile approach and tools, Scrum and Kanban frameworks) and experience of choosing the right methodology based on project conditions;
- Problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and decisiveness;
- Strong experience in Cost, Schedule, Resources management, planning and estimation;
- Solid experience in scope management, requirements gathering, work breakdown, scope estimation and planning;
- Good experience in financial management, following project cost plan and gross margin index;
- At least Upper-Intermediate English level.
