Recruiter (Marketing, Affiliate) (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Execute recruiting plans to fill open positions effectively. Identify and source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Review CVs and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate activity and maintain accurate records.
- Provide training and support to hiring managers and team members on effective use of the ATS.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Initiate recruitment process and procedures improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, best practices, soft skills assessment methods is a must.
- English language proficiency level — not lower than upper intermediate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with ATS required.
- Experience in the advertising industry will be a plus.
