Role Overview:
As a PR Specialist at WWG, you will play a critical role in managing our public image and enhancing our brand reputation. You will be responsible for crafting and disseminating key messages, managing media relations, and ensuring that our communications align with our overall business goals. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, reporting on the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
• Coordinate and manage press conferences, media events, and public appearances.
• Handle crisis communications and manage any negative publicity with a proactive approach.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into PR strategies.

   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a PR Specialist or similar role, preferably within the IT sector.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with PR and media monitoring tools.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing social media accounts is a plus.
