I’m a Product Manager leading a startup with a strong team of designers and marketing professionals. We’re now looking for an experienced iOS Developer to join us on a contract basis. Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled iOS Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will not only have extensive experience in developing, launching, and maintaining iOS applications but also possess specialized expertise in rewrapping and integrating advanced APIs, particularly OpenAI's ChatGPT, into mobile applications. This role is critical to the successful development and deployment of the first version of our Amiry app.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Amiry iOS app, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Rewrap and integrate ChatGPT API to provide seamless AI-driven interactions within the app.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Debug and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the app remains current and competitive.
- Manage the full app development lifecycle from planning and development to testing, release, and maintenance.
- Ensure the app meets all App Store guidelines and successfully manage the submission process.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an iOS Developer with a strong portfolio of released applications.
- Proficient in Swift and Objective-C.
- Demonstrated experience in rewrapping and integrating ChatGPT API or similar AI-based APIs into mobile applications.
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
- Strong understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, including automated testing and building.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of UI/UX standards and design principles.
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
- Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Experience with the App Store submission process and guidelines.
- Experience working with Google Maps API or similar location-based services.
