Lead generator / Sales Manager / Business Developer

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales-related role
  • Experience in outsourcing/oustaffing companies
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English
  • Proven experience working with international clients (USA, EU, Middle East)
  • Highly organized, confident, and assertive self-starter with a strong goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of IT processes and the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and research skills

     

Would be a plus:

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of marketing and business development processes is desirable.
  • Proficiency in setting up and utilizing sales automation tools is beneficial.
  • International work or study experience is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with European, US, and Middle Eastern markets and cultures is preferred.

     

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate new sales opportunities through multiple channels (email, phone, trade shows, inbound website leads, etc.).
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in managing all sales activities, including notes, follow-ups, emails, and call logs.
  • Respond to inquiries via email, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Achieve aggressive weekly targets, including the number of qualified opportunities per campaign, daily activities/tasks, call quality, appointment setting, and sales skills development.
