Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Marketing (50%):
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media accounts and digital campaigns.

  • Assist in creating marketing materials and content.

     

• Project Management (35%):
  • Assist in planning and executing projects using Linear and Scrum methodologies.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely project completion.

  • Track project progress and report to senior management.

     

• Office Management/Assistant (15%):
  • Handle administrative tasks such as payment of bills, food ordering, and office supplies management.
  • Provide personal assistant services, including translation services and other occasional tasks.

  • Support the office with day-to-day operational activities.

     

Qualifications:

• English Proficiency: Strong command of the English language❗❗❗
• Education: Open to students and recent graduates.
• Experience: Previous experience in marketing, project management, or office administration is a plus but not required.

• Flexibility: Must be willing to adapt to various roles and responsibilities.

   

Skills:

• Technical skills and ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
• Knowledge of sales automation techniques.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
