Business/System Analyst (Relocation to Tashkent) (offline)

Key Responsibilities:

• Dive into existing processes of interaction between the mobile application, banking and external systems. 
• Understand the logic, describe it in the form of documentation and requirements, suggest improvements.
• Participate in systems development and new feature development. There will be everything from communicating and understanding the business, to landing the job.
• Analysing data, both to understand business objectives and the technical intricacies of the work.

• Working with Confluence, Jira, Postman.
   

  Job requirements:

• Basic understanding of IT systems interoperability and architecture. 
• Experience in fintech will be a plus, but not mandatory.
• SQL - will have to work a lot with raw data because often the truth is just there. 
• Analytical skills and understanding of basic business and product metrics will be a plus.
• Ability to write clearly and competently. Documentation and requirements are primarily people documents, making it easier to understand how and what works.
• The ability to read code will be a big plus.
• Ability to ask questions. 
• A love of systematisation and streamlining will be your driver on the road to success. We are constantly improving and streamlining processes, and expect you to be actively involved in systems research and BT compilation;
• A desire to grow and develop professionally.
