Financial Analyst

Requirements:

  • Experience from 2 years in the role of Financial Analyst/Financial Manager/Business Analyst in IT companies
  • Experience in the field of B2B services
  • English level – Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate
  • Skills of working with tables, numbers, and documents
  • Experience with financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow)
  • Understanding of financial analytics, performance evaluation by key indicators
  • Analytical thinking, attentiveness, the ability to listen and argue decisions, communication skills, independence, and autonomy in processes.
     

Responsibilities:

  • Planning of key financial indicators of the company
  • Preparation of financial budgets, reports and models (PnL, CashFlow)
  • Optimizing studio costs and creating calculators to assess the effectiveness and profitability of certain processes/costs
  • Preparation of conclusions and proposals regarding the financial activities of the company and control of their further implementation
  • Compilation and control of the company’s balance sheet
  • Reporting and performance evaluation of the company’s business units
  • Assessment of financial risks, development of risk minimization strategies, and ensuring the company’s financial stability
  • Compilation of reports on the profitability of each department
  • Calculate the margin of each project.
