As a Project Manager/Business Analyst, you will analyze client business needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. Your role will drive business process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Shape and prioritize the engineering team's backlog, engage with stakeholders, and translate business needs into clear requirements.
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with development teams to design, implement, and validate solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects, develop and maintain plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee third-party vendor performance, manage relationships, and negotiate contracts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitate communication, and provide regular updates.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies for process optimization and automation.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive documentation and generate reports to track project performance and business metrics.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in project management and business analysis role
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum)
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of industry-specific standards and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
