Junior Operations Manager (offline)
For our partner — a holding in gambling consultancy and its gambling projects with over 15 years of experience Gambling Solutions, we are looking for a Operational Manager with experience in gambling industry to join the team in the Bucharest, Romania office (relocation is supported by the company)

Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including goals, schedules, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business development plans.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and efficient communication.
Requirements:
- At least 1 years of experience in project management, preferably in the gambling or casino industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
