Project Manager (offline)

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for working with partners to support early technical conversations and advise our partners as they brainstorm custom solutions. You are someone who excels in building strategy based on organizational goals and who thrives in making order out of chaos. You can take high-level objectives and build data-informed program roadmaps, you can build backlogs by working closely with your stakeholders, and you are able to execute on technical and non-technical projects with a focus on delivering outcomes. You are able to craft and drive programs of work with the organizational level scope and impact with focus and structure, balanced with experimentation and innovation.

The Ad Master’s projects span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus. As a Project Manager at The Ad Masters, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Support projects led by Creative Director of Media team
Keeps track of production milestones on development projects, helping to highlight the risk
Works cross-functionally to ensure proper engineering and support for development projects
Coordinates with marketing/events/communication teams for promotional needs of projects
Organize project requirements, ensure action items are clear, assigned properly, and actionable
Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new features that improve customer experience
Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers
Delivers excellent customer service by promptly and knowledgeably responding to developers and the CEO
Coordinates download & distribution of developer builds and other deliverables to the media team
Serves as a general point of contact for developers and creators
Maintains developer and project databases & spreadsheets
Manage Q/A by delegating bugs to the appropriate person and developers/creators
Assists with research on tech and content
Collaborate with other teams across The Ad Masters
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience working in Software Engineering, Product Management, or Technical Program Manager role.
2 years of experience building deliverables across the different phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
2 years of experience in building APIs or managing technical integrations through APIs.
Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Project management experience
Experience working with engineers
Relationship management experience and experience working within a global organization
Experience handling assignments and experience maintaining highly confidential information
Project management, organizational and analytical experience
Knowledge in quality and user experience
Experience understanding of eCommerce and Internet Marketing
Experience and product knowledge in PPC Marketing and eCommerce.
Experience with Agile delivery frameworks.
Effective project management and business optimization skills.
Developed organizational and analytical skills.
