Technical Support Specialist (offline)

The product works on a direct basis with the end user's network and, depending on the client's needs, performs an analysis on the network's vulnerability, analyses the network for routes discrepancy or its routes failures, analyses the rules and policies of firewalls that are part of the network. The product works with different vendors of firewalls and network devices such as Cisco, Fortigate, Checkpoint, as well as different scanners, routers.

Required skills
- Knowledge of security principles and best practices;
- Understanding of networking and security software and hardware;
- Upper intermediate verbal and written English skills;
- Experience with Linux operating system administration, configuration, installation;
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols;
- the ability to analyze system logs.
