QA Engineer (offline)

We are a small start-up team, and you will be one of the key software engineers working on adding app connections and building software integrations. You will work with customers, software developers from other companies and experienced co-workers. You will solve very hard engineering problems. At API Nation we invest in people who work hard to succeed.

This is a remote, full-time position. In a startup environment where your focus will explode your growth as a QA Engineer.

About you:
- Extensive background in QA methodologies with at least two years of experiences working in a QA role.

- Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies knowledge; proficiency in identifying test scenarios and developing test cases.

- Understanding of and ability to explain to what you are testing, why you are testing it, and how you would test it manually without automation.

- Willingness and ability to work with our Technical Support and Implementation teams to troubleshoot, resolve, document and prioritize bugs reported by end-users.

- Excellent documentation skills; experience with the Atlassian tool

- Basic understanding of API testing tools (Postman, REST Client)

- You are an intellectually curious person who likes to learn and figure things out.

Testing our products!
Working in tandem with the development team to ensure quality and find bugs.
Focuses efforts on testing application and improving project delivery.
Documents quality issues and associated risk to which business process is subject.
