As the Country Manager for Spain, you will lead our established presence in the Spanish and Portuguese markets, leveraging experience in a regulated environment. Your role is crucial as the market expands, requiring you to continuously refine and optimize our local services and products to maintain market leadership. You'll enhance existing strategies and explore new opportunities, managing our presence across product development and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing all marketing activities.
- Work closely with the Head of the Area to devise marketing strategies and manage a significant marketing budget.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, focusing on the Portuguese market to drive company expansion.
- Ensure alignment between customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation initiatives with company objectives.
- Set clear revenue generation objectives and budgets, overseeing their implementation and attainment.
- Optimize ROI across all marketing channels, focusing on brand elevation and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Identify underperforming acquisition and retention operations, implementing targeted strategies for improvement.
- Maintain strong business relationships with local agencies, media partners, sector associations, and regulatory bodies to fortify the company's market presence and compliance.
