What You’ll Do:
As the Lead DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our infrastructure, ensuring smooth CI/CD processes, and leading the evolution of our DevOps practices. Your expertise in various DevOps tools and methodologies will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and reliability.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• ●  Lead and manage our DevOps practices, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient operations.
• ●  Oversee continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes, ensuring a smooth and reliable workflow.
• ●  Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure, optimizing for performance and cost.
• ●  Implement and maintain system monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure high availability and proactive issue resolution.
• ●  Drive automation of processes to enhance system efficiency and reduce human error.
• ●  Develop and enforce best practices for security and compliance within the DevOps domain.
• ●  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development and operational needs.

• ●  Mentor and lead a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

  Must-Have Skills and Tools Expertise:

• ●  Proficient in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or similar.
• ●  Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• ●  Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• ●  Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• ●  Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• ●  Strong understanding of networking, security, and database technologies.
• ●  Knowledge of system monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• ●  Proficiency in version control systems, notably Git.

• ●  Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
   

  Qualifications:

• ●  Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• ●  Several years of experience in a DevOps lead role, demonstrating successful management of complex, large-scale infrastructure projects.

• ●  Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
