About The Role:

As a Quality&Automation Engineer, you will be an integral part of the quality engineering team, envisioning and maintaining our quality strategy and taking part in various quality projects.

 

Being a Quality Automation Engineer at Elementor requires a holistic approach. It isn’t just about testing software; it’s about promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement through functionality, performance, load, data validation, and security while constantly striving for workflow and process improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute automation testing and exploratory testing for Elementor products;

Optimize and improve existing automation test coverages and software tools, Night runs and CI workflows;

Report and perform root cause analysis of quality automations and CI issues;

Write documentation for automated processes including test plans;

Provide training and mentoring to quality engineers and developers. This includes conducting code reviews, and training on new coding and testing methodologies, guidelines, and best practices;

Work closely and collaborate with the rest of the Quality Engineers and R&D teams to design effective tests.

 

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience as a quality automation engineer;

Experience in designing testing strategies, developing and executing QA automation tests (from scratch), infrastructure, and frameworks with scripting languages: JavaScript, Playwright, Typescript;

Proven experience working with complex automation projects and web automation frameworks;

Experience with source control tools such as Git or SVN;

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;

High level of English - written and verbal;

Familiarity with Node JS, esLint, GitHub Actions - an advantage;

Familiarity with WordPress - an advantage.
