VIP Client Manager (iGaming)

IGaming product is looking for a VIP Client Manager. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with VIP clients, coordinating special requests, and ensuring that all VIP needs are met.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar position;

- Experience in iGaming (Gambling/Betting);

- English: B2-C1 level;

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;

- Experience in customer relationship management;

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize tasks;

Will be a plus:

- Higher education in sales/marketing or related field as an advantage;

- Knowledge of German language is an advantage (possibly excellent written);

Main Responsibilities:

- Managing the daily VIP customer service via email/WhatsApp;

- Responding to VIP customer inquiries regarding financial transactions, betting activity and/or questions about gaming activity and general information to provide a single point of contact;

- Understanding our ideal customers and their relationship to our products;

- Effectively representing the company with full knowledge of our offerings;

- Researching customer needs and determining how our solutions meet them;

- Assisting clients and creating long-term relationships that meet their needs.
