Middle Financial Manager

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world.

 

We are seeking a Financial Manager to keep the financial health and stability of a company: partnering with auditors, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and fostering accountability of financial reporting.

 

Responsibilities:

- Preparation, verification, collection, and storage of primary financial documents (for non-resident legal entities).

- Regular revision of documents, ensuring compliance and completeness according to standards.

- Preparation of financial reports on a monthly basis and upon request.

- Accounting management and task tracking in Jira.

- Suggestion for organizing document workflows and storage.

- Communication with the legal department on legal matters, and ensuring compliance.

- Reporting on the results of performed work.

 

Requirements:

- Higher education in a relevant field (enterprise economics; accounting and auditing).

- At least 3 years of work experience in the financial department/auditing.

- Ability to analyze financial indicators and make informed decisions.

- Responsibility and attention to detail, experience in independent audits.

- Proficient user of 1C Enterprise, MS Office.

- Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team.

- English language proficiency level - B2.
