Content Writer

Leading QA company QA Madness is looking for an intelligent and creative Content Writer with solid copywriting skills (Remote) as a part of the Marketing team.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- B2-C1 level in English;

- Proven 1+ year of experience in a similar role in an IT company;

- Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously;

- Proficiency in creating persuasive messages tailored for different audiences and communication platforms;

- Experience in writing message sequences/chains with multiple scripts;

- Understanding of A/B testing;

- Analytical skills with an ability to assess complex data, draw conclusions, and adjust strategies promptly;

- Disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision;

- Familiar with the software outstaffing/outsourcing market;

- Data-driven and goal-oriented approach to work.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work with a communications map to plan out the multi-channel companies;

- Writing message sequences/chains with multiple scripts;

- Create new email chains and update current ones, and set up trigger automation;

- Segment, reactivate, enrich data, and personalize offers to improve engagement;

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators of companies and constantly work on improving the indicators);

- Test hypotheses and conduct optimizations, conducting A/B testing;

- Preparing reports.
