Customer Success Manager
We are iSpeedToLead, one of the strong American-Ukrainian IT product companies in the real estate niche. We help our customers to sell and buy houses around the USA.
And now, we are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager who isn't afraid of direct communication with customers.
YOUR WORK SCHEDULE IS FROM 15.00-00.00 (KYIV TIME)
Requirements:
- 1.5+ years of experience in the same role;- Fluent English (C1 level, as you will be speaking with native speakers);
- Ability to communicate effectively and proactively with clients over the phone and show empathy;
- Using common sense and a sense of urgency in the decision-making process when assessing problems/situations;
- Ability and willingness to work independently;
- Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure in a high-speed environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the churn rate and find ways to retain customers;- Serve as a customer advisor on the best way to use the platform to help reach their goals;
- Handle critical/complex/high-priority customer issues and make independent decisions regarding them;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a customer success strategy;
- Monitor customer health and proactively address issues;
- Deal with negative customer feedback;
- Create educational materials for new & existing customers and collect knowledge base;
- Gather customer feedback and insights on the product usage and convert them into actionable insights;
- Onboard new customers (via phone calls, video calls, or email) and teach them how to use the platform (if needed)
