βœ“ at least 1 year of experience as an IT recruiter;

βœ“ knowledge and ability to use searching sources to find specialists of different levels;

βœ“ strong communication skills;

βœ“ willingness to work quickly and with a large amount of information;

βœ“ mastery of basic interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
