We are looking for IT recruiter to join our team.

🔽Main specialization (What we do):

— Websites, E-commerce;

— Mobile applications;

— UX Architecture, Prototyping, and User Flow;

— UI Design + UI Kit for developers;

— UX/UI Design for Mobile Apps (iOS, Android);

— Brand Identity;

— Motion Design & Graphics.

🔽Requirements:

✓ searching for relevant profiles using various resources;

✓ conducting video calls;

✓ scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates;

✓ maintaining a high-quality candidate database;

✓ assist in building the team's brand;

✓ participating in company projects to improve the recruitment process;

✓ developing an effective search strategy;

✓ finding top specialists who work in well-known companies and have many years of experience in their field.

🔽General recruiter skills:

✓ at least 1 year of experience as an IT recruiter;

✓ knowledge and ability to use searching sources to find specialists of different levels;

✓ strong communication skills;

✓ willingness to work quickly and with a large amount of information;

✓ mastery of basic interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.

🔽Will be a plus:

✓ critical and analytical thinking, systematic approach, high level of emotional intelligence, balance of independent and teamwork, prioritization of tasks;

✓ thinking out of the box;

✓ experience in building the basis of HR processes: onboarding, adaptation, performance management, offboarding;

✓ continuous development and teamwork.
