HR Manager

We are extending our in-house HR Team and looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join us full-time.

 

Main requirements:

 

- 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager (150+ employees);

- Experience in managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, retention, and exit processes;

- Expertise in conducting in-depth one-to-one meetings with employees at all levels (D level as well) to discuss performance progress, resolve issues, and provide direct and constructive feedback;

- Experience in designing and implementing advanced performance management systems that align employee objectives with corporate strategic goals and drive business performance;

- Proficient in analyzing HR metrics and using data-driven insights to guide strategic HR decisions, optimize processes, and improve overall workforce effectiveness;

- Experience in developing, implementing, and revising HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the culture and goals of the company;

- Strong leadership skills with a high level of independence, responsibility, and initiative. Expected to lead projects and decisions without need for frequent oversight;

- Empathy and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating complex organizational challenges;

- Intermediate and higher level of English.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

- Own and manage employee lifecycle (onboarding, 1:1 meetings, offboarding);

- Serve as a key strategic partner to department heads, facilitating high-level discussions on workforce planning and team’s development;

- Lead employee career development initiatives at a strategic level, including designing frameworks for performance reviews and professional growth in collaboration with senior leadership;

- Actively monitor and analyze departmental dynamics and employee satisfaction to proactively address issues and enhance organizational culture;

- Develop and revise HR policies and procedures to meet the evolving needs of the organization;

- Work closely with L&D function on implementing new approaches;

- Manage employee benefits in coordination with the Administrative Team;

- Lead and implement new HR processes and initiatives.
