Does this relate to you?

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Machine Learning Specialist, Data Scientist

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with AI/ML libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc

• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques (e.g., supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning)

• Experience with healthcare data sources (e.g., electronic health records, medical imaging data, genomics data) is desirable

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment and interact with diverse stakeholders

• Upper-intermediate level of English

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for healthcare applications, such as medical image analysis, predictive analytics, clinical decision support systems, and personalized medicine

• Collaborate with data scientists, healthcare professionals, and software engineers to gather requirements, design solutions, and integrate machine learning models into healthcare systems

• Evaluate and validate machine learning models using appropriate metrics and techniques to ensure accuracy, reliability, and generalization

• Optimize machine learning algorithms for performance, scalability, and real-time processing

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, healthcare regulations, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and best practices
