Our client base is quite diverse - we work with funded startups, premium brands, small and medium businesses looking for growth as well as global fortune 200 companies. We're best known for our emphasis on quality, functionality and attention to detail. Currently we're looking for a Webflow developer to join our remote team.

Our requirements :

Position Type : remote full-time position.

Experience : intermediate position, ability to build and release functional websites.

Prerequisites : active and verified Upwork account with positive reviews

1. Good English

2. Experience working on Webflow development projects. Portfolio - ability to list real websites that you developed.

3. Ability to estimate and quote projects as well as fit into those estimates.

4. Ability and desire to reach high quality expectations.

Responsibilities :

For every new project, the process usually looks like this :

1. We handle lead generation via your Upwork account for you. At some point you receive a new reply on Upwork

2. We handle all communication and client calls. When ready, we request an estimate from you based on the details discussed with the client (X hrs of effort).

3. Based on the estimate you created above, the team creates a custom proposal and presents to the client.

4. Once the project is approved, you develop and release the website. We support you with design, QA, project management and SEO efforts.

5. You receive monthly payments based your agreed salary.

On most projects you will be working with one of our founders along with a team of designers, project managers and SEO experts. You will be responsible for delivering quality web development work, adhering to deadlines and staying within your estimations.

Our team is based in the EU and US, with people are located in Poland, Denmark and Ireland. The majority are Ukrainians.
