Marketing Manager

We are a Product B2B SaaS company seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The marketing manager will play a crucial role in our marketing team, creating compelling marketing materials, coordinating product releases, optimizing website pages, and enabling sales to drive awareness and sales effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze marketing strategies and current and promising development areas.

- Build and analyze the profile of the target audience (TA) using various methods, such as collecting information from open sources, conducting research, and conducting focus groups.

- Planned and participated in the launch of new products and releases.

- Monitor, research, and analyze product reviews from customers.

- Develop and implement a product promotion strategy in collaboration with the Development, Marketing, and Sales Teams.

- Analyze metrics and growth areas in various channels (product pages, social media, events).

- Develop, implement, and improve plans to attract traffic and its conversion.

- Manage and optimize marketing budget expenses.

- Oversee the full cycle of production and placement of content for promotion.

- Coordinate actions and implement projects with top management and stakeholders.

- Provide regular reporting on promotion effectiveness to stakeholders and the team.

- Generate weekly operational marketing reports.

- Manage the Marketing team and drive marketing efforts to improve indicators.

 

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager.

- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.

- Skills in working with traffic channels (e-mail, SEO, Adwords, catalogs, etc).

- Social Media promotion skills (FB, Instagram, YouTube, Linkedin, Twitter).

- Excellent skills in segmentation, competitive analysis, interviews, surveys, focus groups, and research.

- Good content management skills online and offline.

- Budgeting, cost control, and optimization.

- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.

- Advanced proficiency in advertising analytics tools.

- Knowledge of basic UI/UX concepts.
