Google Ads Media Buyer

Mates Marketing is a specialized company focused on offering lead generation services tailored to the US and Canada markets. Our mission is to assist businesses by delivering high-quality leads and targeted traffic.

We are developing in-house software to efficiently manage all our marketing endeavors.

Currently we are looking for a Google Ads Media Buyer who can strengthen our team. Our relevant candidate should have excellent organizational and analytical skills, and be self-sufficient, enthusiastic, and motivated to work.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement media buying strategies to effectively reach target audiences and drive user acquisition.
Launch, manage, and optimize client advertising campaigns across Google Ads platform.
Work with clearly established KPI.
Search and connect traffic sources, report on purchased advertising.
Analytics and monitoring of the effectiveness of campaigns and channels.

Requirements:

Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
Proven experience in managing successful social media ad campaigns on Google platform.
Experience of work with budgets from 100 000$ monthly.
Good knowledge of analytical tools (Google Analytics).
Ability to collaborate with colleagues in complex and rapidly changing environments.
Understanding of important marketing KPIs and optimization techniques for improving performance through data analytics and segmentation.
Ability to anticipate potential problems and prepare solutions in case of unforeseen circumstances.
English – intermediate (written and spoken).
Excellent communication and time management skills.
