We’re looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst with pre-sales experience to join our team.

As a Business Analyst with a focus on pre-sales activities, you’ll be a part of our lively and changing estimation team. Our estimation process involves collaboration among matured senior Software Developers, Tech Leads, Designers, and other Business Analysts with solid previous experience in evaluating projects.

Your impact
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to collect the information from the business, analyze it, and define requirements
- Study & analyze the customer needs, understand the market & competitors, and discover the unique value propositions that can be provided with the new product/features in the planned budget and timelines
- Be involved in the discovery of new functionality in an existing product, a product being developed from scratch, or a new engagement with the customer
- Collaborate with the estimation team, including UI/UX Designer, Technical Architect/Lead, Solution Architects/Delivery/Project manager, and Scrum master
- Discuss the Functional, Non-Functional, and Integration specific requirements 
- Finalize the Solution approach & scope, the development methodology, the communication plan, the RACI matrix, the change management approach, and risk mitigation strategies 
- Understand the Key metrics basis which the project’s success will be established and the Priorities and order of implementation 
- Finalize Creation of BRD (Business Requirements Document), FSD

We are looking for someone who has
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Analyst role
- Hands-on solid experience in pre-sales (a must)
- Experience as a BA for one or multiple teams in a scalable Agile environment
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum approach to backlog creation and maintenance, Requirements Management tools
- Experience in document flow, ability to document and organize gathered information into clear and comprehensive requirements
- Experience in creating use cases, user stories, process flows, and other relevant documentation
- Advanced proficiency in English, both in speaking and writing
- Strong presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- High level of time management. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Advanced critical thinking skills

Recruitment process
- Interview with a Recruiter (30-60 minutes).
- Technical interview with Project Manager and Business Analysts from the estimation team. (up to 1,5 hour)
