Business Analyst

Our decentralized finance project is in the business requirements gathering phase. We are looking for a DeFi Business Analyst to join our startup team.
The role will be starting from scratch. We’re looking for someone who sees that as the best part of the job!

RESPONSIBILITIES


- Analyze and formalize the requirements for developing new products.
- Create a valuable product and technical solution by analyzing and establishing needs, objectives and technical challenges.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements and manage requirements throughout the project.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and technical teams to integrate the requirements into the workflow and ensure they are clear, achievable and prioritized.
- Maintain product documentation (features and products description for marketing and business departments).
- Analyze competitors, and generate ideas and features to increase the key product metrics.

- To be in the market - to follow the news and latest updates in crypto-world.

REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Previous experience with Blockchain/crypto and DeFi or FinTech and a strong interest to develop in this area
- Understanding of subject areas: mobile financial applications, mobile banks, mobile wallets
- Practical experience in identifying and documenting business, user and technical requirements
- Experience working with distributed teams
- English – Upper-Intermediate
