About the role:

As a Senior Python Developer at Syndicode, you'll build reusable, scalable, and efficient backend systems that power our high-availability, low-latency applications. You will work across microservices and monolithic architectures, design APIs, integrate with cloud platforms, and push the boundaries of modern AI agentic web applications.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to architectural decisions, and help us deliver intelligent, performant, and secure digital products.

What you’ll be doing:

• Development and Architecture:

  -Design and build scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs using Django and FastAPI;
  -Work with both monolithic and microservice architectures;
  -Develop and integrate authentication mechanisms, API gateways, and security practices;
  -Ensure system performance, reliability, and fault tolerance in production environments;
  -Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver impactful backend solutions.
   

• Cloud & Infrastructure:
  -Deploy and manage applications on AWS or GCP;
  -Work with containerization tools like Docker; experience with Kubernetes is a plus;
  -Set up CI/CD pipelines and automation for deployments.
• Monitoring, Testing & Observability:
  -Implement observability and monitoring using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, etc;
  -Write unit, integration, and performance tests;
  -Follow TDD practices and ensure strong coverage across services.
• AI & Agentic Systems:
  -Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines;
  -Build and maintain AI Agents and Voice AI agents using frameworks like: LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy, or similar;
  -Integrate modern LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source);
  -Apply principles of AI agentic web apps and manage Vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant). 
• Participating in Pre-sale activities, working closely with the project manager, product owner, project development team, and other key stakeholders to understand project business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of backend development experience, primarily with Python;
• Strong expertise in Django, FastAPI, and REST API design;
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Vector DBs;
• Proven experience with LLM integration, RAG systems, and AI agent frameworks;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or both;
• Solid understanding of system design, including scaling, caching, and partitioning;
• Proficiency with Git, testing frameworks, and Agile practices;
• Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional remote teams;
• Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate/advanced level).

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes;
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes;
• Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka.

About the role

As a Sales Specialist, you will drive Syndicode’s business growth and expand our market presence by generating new pipeline and opportunities. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing peers, and also with Engineering and Delivery teams to ensure the efficiency of the business impact you bring. This role requires curiosity, eagerness to learn, testing new approaches, and, ideally, the natural ability to “sell me this pen”.
 

What you’ll be doing

• Generate new business opportunities via both inbound and outbound lead generation;
• Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to signing contracts;Identify and reach out to potential leads through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, and other channels;
• Keep accurate records of prospect interactions and maintain CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot);
• Collaborate with hiring, marketing, engineering, project, and delivery teams;
• Share feedback on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and improvement opportunities;
• Proactively suggest and implement changes to optimize pipeline generation and improve sales performance.

What you’ll need

• 2+ years of professional experience in sales and lead generation, ideally in an IT outsourcing company;
• Proven success in outbound lead generation (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.);
• Hands-on experience with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM systems such as HubSpot;
• Successful track record of pipeline generation — from opportunity research to signing the contracts;
• Excellent organizational skills, critical thinking, and practical problem-solving;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally;
• Proactive learning mindset and curiosity;
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Syndicode is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our team on a one-month full-time project to conduct a discovery phase for a new client.

• Conducts a competitive UX analysis at the start of a new project
• Conducts Customer analysis, user research, design research
• Develops product structure and strategy
• Provides wireframing, prototyping, testing, and iteration
• Uses wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate and present design ideas
• Coordination and alignment with the development team to make sure that suggested designs apply to the development
• Troubleshoots any UX problems
• Provides graphic development, interactivity, and animation if needed, adaptation to all device screen sizes
• Collects feedback on each stage of development
• Provides suggestions on design improvements by the best worldwide practices
• Keeps following the progress of the implementation milestones to make sure that deadlines will be met
