Senior/Head of Lead Generation Management (offline)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior/Head of Lead Generation Management to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and manage the work of the research team: control the quality and coverage of the prospecting process, quality of prospect lists, and validation of the lists;
Set up and execute campaigns to engage leads as well as accounts to surface leads for sales outreach and provide air cover for sales engagement;
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and agilely iterate lead generation hypotheses;
Maintain well-organized, up-to-date information and activity reports;
Analyze campaign outcomes, drawing insights and presenting results clearly for informed decision-making;
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the effectiveness of lead generation and alignment of department strategy.

Requirements:

Experience as a Team Lead or Head of Lead Generation Management;
Experience working in an IT service company;
3+ years of work experience in sales prospecting, lead research and generation, or a similar field;
Expertise in cold outreach methods, including but not limited to email and LinkedIn;
Experience with Upwork;
B2+ level of written English;
Analytical mindset and proactive approach in driving lead generation initiatives;
Strong time and task management skills, and experience in team management.
