Senior AQA Engineer (Python, Azure, Robotics) $3500-4500

US Company is searching for experienced Automation QA Engineer into the team of 5-6 developers. Interesting long-term project (2-3 years), distributed team, full-time, an official contract. Remote work.

THE PRODUCT is SaaS, which allows multiple functions for safety and health insurance (works planning / incident management / monitoring & analytics) on high-risky industries: oil & gas gathering and transportation, chemical, building, energy. Is implemented as few services that perform different functions and integrated with each other.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work as part of an Agile development team to ensure high quality and timely delivery of projects.
* Create and Execute test strategy, test plans, manual and automated test cases
* Analyze test results and report bugs and errors to development teams
* Implement automated testing for functional and non-functional aspects of testing
* Perform thorough regression testing
* Collaborate with the Team to define clear requirements, deliverables, estimates and milestones.
* Follow Agile Scrum practices.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities, as necessary

HARD SKILLS REQUIRED:
* 3+ years of Experience in functional and non functional testing of web-based applications
* 2+ years of Experience in testing Azure Cloud SAAS Multitenant Applications
* Experience in test automation using various technologies, frameworks, and tools
* Experience in testing scalability and security aspects.
* Experience with Python, SQL, C#/.Net and XML
* Experience with Robot Framework, JMeter
* Working knowledge of Agile Scrum development methodologies
* Working knowledge of Azure DevOps is an asset.
* Good communication skills in English

WORK CONDITIONS:
* 2-weeks scrum, 5-6 team members / team.
* Full-time (40 hours per week).
* Official contract: salary, sick-leave days, holidays, vacations.

HIRING PROCESS:
Step 1 - preliminary interview (main questions) - 25 mins
Step 2 - internal tech interview (tech questions) - 40-50 mins
Step 3 - tech interview with team leader and architect - 30-50 mins
