Lead Manual QA Engineer (Mobile)

We're looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to test mobile applications with a focus on functionality, compatibility, performance, and security. Responsibilities include creating test documentation, mentoring testers, and improving test processes. Must have a deep understanding of mobile application testing, proficiency with tools such as Jira and TestRail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

What you will be responsible for
- Initiate and implement testing process improvements to align with company policies and mobile team specifics;
- Plan the testing process for new functionality;
- Thoroughly test the functionality, compatibility, performance, and security of the mobile application;
- Creating and maintaining test documentation;
- Mentor and support a small team of testers, training them in best practices and methodologies for mobile application testing;
- Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
✓ At least 5 years of experience working as a manual QA engineer on mobile application projects;
- Deep understanding of mobile application testing processes, including testing on different devices and platforms (iOS, Android);
- Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (such as Jira, TestRail);
- Experience in developing test scenarios and documentation;
- Experience training and mentoring other team members;
- Commitment to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and product quality;
- Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other technologies, and demonstrated ability to seamlessly integrate them into daily tasks.
