Our company is looking to hire Product marketing manager. This is a full-time position that is 100% remote with no geographical restrictions.

About the product
This is a new project from scratch. Product: gambling, betting.

Responsibilities

- Suggest web site usability improvements, UX/UI updates, client experience features to be implemented.
- Generate ideas for tactical promotions, be responsible for promo approval and execution.
- Build promo plan for tactical campaigns, coordinate technical execution and offer placements, track campaigns success and report results.
- Work closely with colleagues to make promo relevant and successful: Retention Team, Community Manager, SMM Team, Affiliates Team, etc.
- Cultivate innovative marketing tools, tactics, channels and tactics to achieve acquisition goals.
- Develop and share best practices, introduce new ideas and improve the way organization operates.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in online casino industry.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing or product management is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of value in casino games, gambling product trends, etc.
- Strong understanding of key gambling business metrics.
- Ability to make strong analytic insights basing on the raw data.
- Technical acumen and ability to work or study process flow or analytical working tools, such Jira, CRM system and others.
- Strong ability for multitasking.
- High level of creativity and personal flexibility.
- English - Upper Intermediate.
- Strong interest in casino, poker, TV games, betting, international marketing.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Nice to have

- Experience in software development, change management, operations management is the strong advantage.
- Familiarity with digital channels and online client acquisition tactics would be an advantage.
- Experience in managing complex marketing campaigns
